The Landing at Gosford
The Landing at Gosford is a key state project for the Land & Property Management Authority (LPMA). It is a collaborative project to transform Gosford, a key regional city 90 minutes from the centre of Sydney, by connecting it to its magnificent but under-utilised waterfront.
The Challenge
After working with Gosford Council to develop the highly successful Gosford Challenge website we were asked to build a mini-site to inform developers about the Landing at Gosford opportunity.
The mini-site needed to be highly visual while offering a secure area for developers from all around the world to access sensitive project documents and to submit their tenders electronically.
The Result
As the brief was to create a unique and visually appealing design we looked outside the norm of conventional website design and developed a layout that utilised high quality ariel photography from the site of the development project.
The website was built on top of our BigCMS core and custom modules created to cater for the secure login, eTendering, developer resources and content management. Using modern web technologies we also integrated Google Maps and video streaming to provide a unique and seamless user experience.
