The HARTMANN Consumer website provides detailed information on their range of incontinence products. It has a user-friendly interface and a design to compliment their brand. Some unique features of the site include a store locator that utilises Google maps technology and an interactive product selector.
HARTMANN approached Big Click to develop a new website to provide information on their range of premium incontinence products.
The new site needed to portray a professional and friendly image whilst closely following the HARTMANN corporate style-guide. A key part of the brief was to give consumers an easy way to select the right product for them and where to buy the products from.
After planing out the user experience and site features, Big Click's creative team came up with a design that not only followed the HARTMANN style-guide but complimented it. We used bright clean imagery to portray a calm feeling across the site and built an interface that was very easy to navigate.
The HARTMANN website has an extensive CMS that allows the client to update all areas of the site including the content pages, product gallery, product selection questionnaire and a directory of preferred suppliers.
Big Click came up with a unique method of displaying their directory of suppliers by developing a custom search feature that displays results within a Google map.
We built a custom questionnaire system into the CMS which allows HARTMANN staff to control the content of a multiple choice questions which will present the user with a list of products based on how the questions were answered.
