The Challenge

CCGT has placed and supported thousands of people through Apprenticeships and Traineeships for more than 25 years on the Central Coast. They are well-known in the local area and surrounding suburbs as far as North Sydney. CCGT originally approached Big Click to help them rebuild an online registration form for their potential clients. After seeing what we could do CCGT decided to employ us to revamp their entire brand and website.

CCGT's existing brand did not represent what they do and they wanted to give the organisation a new younger image. CCGT also needed a new web presence to reflect the new image we were building. They needed to provide information to potential apprentices and employers so the website needed to have a clear navigation method to the relevant areas. A large part of the project brief was to give CCGT an easier method to keep in touch with job seekers.

The Result

Big Click worked with CCGT to modernise their existing logo to better portray their image. After successfully analysing what results CCGT needed from a website we put together a plan that involved using BigCMS, social media, SMS and email marketing.

We built a user-friendly registration system where users can register for "Job Alerts" and opt to receive them by email or SMS. As CCGT's main cliental are between 16 and 25 years of age Big Click recommended they use social media to better engage with them. We integrated the CMS with twitter and facebook so it automatically posts new jobs as a tweet and status update when added to the website.

An important part of the brief was rebuilding and integrating their current registration system with the website. We built a registration form and database that seamlessly communicates to their in-house customer relationship management system.
